Founder & Creative Director | Independent Fashion Brand

I founded and served as Creative Director of an independent fashion brand with in-house production, working across creation, management and communication in an integrated way. The brand operated primarily through e-commerce while also exploring physical retail experiences, including pop-up stores, reinforcing my research on the relationship between product, space and narrative. Alongside the creative work, I managed teams, suppliers and partners, developing a practical and strategic understanding of how an independent brand operates.

This entrepreneurial experience was fundamental in shaping my creative autonomy, decision-making skills and my perception of a brand as a living ecosystem — one that connects product, image, discourse and audience experience.
